Documents required for Visa
1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any;
2. Visa Application form;
3. 2 recent colour photographs
4. Personal Covering letter (For Employed-Plain paper/ Self-Employed-Letterhead);
5. Original updated Bank Statements with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months);
6. Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years;
7. Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Other Investments etc.
Supporting Documents
1. If Employed
· Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature;
· Last 3 months salary slip.
2. If Self Employed
· Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed;
· Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months;
· Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.
3. If Retired
· Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.
4. If Student
· School / College / Institute ID Card;
· Bonafide certificate.
5. If Minor
· Birth Certificate;
· No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper;
· ID proof of parents like passport or PAN card.
6. If Visiting friend or relative
· Invitation letter;
· Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit;
· Addresses proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.
7. If Sponsored
· Sponsorship letter;
· Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;
· Updated bank statement of last 6 months;
· Income tax returns for the last 3 years.
8. For Business Visa
· Invitation letter from host Company stating the purpose of the trip, business details etc;
· Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
Photograph Specification

The processing time is 25-30 working days once the application is complete and all documents have been provided.
You can stay in Canada for a maximum period of 90 days only with a single entry visa.
Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the arrival date in Canada.
Visa applicants from Asia, America and Asia Pacific will have to give their biometrics from 31st December, 2018 onwards.
A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), also referred to as a Canada ‘visitor’s visa’ or ‘entry visa’, is a document that is placed in your passport and used to enter or re-enter Canada. A TRV can be viewed as having valid permission to enter Canada for tourism, business or transit purpose.
All Indians who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada require a visa to enter Canada. The requirement for a Canada Visa also applies to temporary residents who are in transit through Canada.
You can apply for a Canada Visa up to 3 months prior to your departure date.
Yes. Most countries which require a visa from foreign travelers will also require visas issued in the name of the child. You will have to provide original letters certifying your right to take the child out of Canada: usually the authorization of both or the other parent for this travel.
In some cases you will require a medical examination. If a medical examination is required, you will be informed by an officer who will send you instructions on how to proceed. A medical examination may add over 3 months to the processing of your Canada Visa application.
After you arrive in Canada, you may want to change the conditions of your visit. This is possible in special cases. To extend your stay, you should apply three weeks before your Canada Visa is scheduled to expire.
You are strongly advised to purchase a health / travel insurance to cover yourself as medical treatment can be very expensive in Canada. Your travel insurance offers protection against unexpected emergencies on international travel such as coverage of medical expenses, flight delay and cancellations, passport and baggage loss or personal accident. The immigration authorities, at most, do not reveal the reasons for the refusal of a visa, but in some cases it may get reason from Immigration.
Once your visa is processed, it will be stamped on your passport.
This is not possible, as the immigration authority do not recompense for the rejected visa applications.
