Job Duties

1.       Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who assemble, fabricate and inspect various types of electrical apparatus and equipment such as electrical appliances, batteries, electric motors, transformers and generators and electrical switchgear and control equipment
2.       Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
3.       Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
4.       Requisition materials and supplies
5.       Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
6.       Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
7.       Prepare production and other reports
8.       May set up machines and equipment.

Education Requirement

1.       Completion of secondary school is usually required.
