Job Duties

1.       Receive, confirm, track, store, dispatch and deliver material from the warehouse to production facilities, retail stores and corporate offices.
2.       Lift and unload heavy pallets, both by hand and by machine, and safely relocate them elsewhere in the warehouse or prepare them for transport.
3.       Facilitate and maintain a safe work environment and a trained workforce, committed to the best practices in the industry.
4.       Perform quality inspections of materials, ensuring that the delivery is completed as requested and that the order meets company and industry standards.
5.       Keep the warehouse organized and tidy and implement general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness.
6.       Understand the basics of the supply chain, including shipping and receiving logistics, quality assurance, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance.
7.       Fill out inventory lists, crosscheck shipping invoices and maintain accurate delivery log records for every order.
8.       Answer phone calls and questions regarding delivery status, order changes and confirmations as well as other general logistical inquiries.
9.       Evaluate all goods received with purchase orders and monitor the physical count of all inventory and shipping charges and maintain record of all material movements.
10.    Assist to select appropriate materials for all sale orders and pack all products for shipments and ensure safe transport for all departments and facilities.
11.    Maintain accuracy of all process materials movements according to inventory procedures and ensure compliance to all federal and international regulations.
12.    Monitor all issues and discrepancies for all material processes.
13.    Perform research to resolve all customer issues and maintain the accuracy of all storage material and supply counts and operate all material handling equipments efficiently.
14.    Collaborate with internal and external resources and assist to receive all materials and supervise the working of all material handlers.
15.    Evaluate quality of all materials and prepare required documents.
16.    Maintain all databases and prepare reports for material status and ensure compliance to all customer requirements.
17.    Manage all storage requirements and operated all material handling equipments and assist to ship all materials overseas if required.
18.    Maintain knowledge on all shipment status to assist clients and prepare reports for all shipping volumes.

Education Requirement
